Welcome to PAJ Homes. By booking a stay at our vacation rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified at checkout.
A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is processed.
2. Payment & Security Deposit
A full payment is required to secure your booking.
A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in. This will be returned within 2–5 business days after check-out, pending inspection.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
50% Refund for cancellations made from 30-14 days before check-in
No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days before check-in or No-Shows.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 4:00 PM or Later
Check-out time: 11:00 AM or Earlier
Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and may incur an additional charge.
5. House Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please respect the following rules:
No smoking inside the property.
No pets unless approved in advance.
No parties or loud events.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 5 AM.
6. Damages & Breakages
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages that occur during their stay.
Please report any damage immediately so we can address it.
Significant damage or missing items may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.
7. Cleaning
The property is professionally cleaned before each guest arrives.
We kindly ask that you leave the home in a tidy condition upon departure.
8. Liability
PAJ Homes is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
Please ensure doors and windows are locked when you are away from the property.
9. Use of Amenities
Guests may use all amenities provided (Wi-Fi, kitchenware, towels, etc.) responsibly.
Certain additional services (e.g., car rental, massage, guided tours) are available at extra cost.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during booking will only be used to manage your reservation and provide customer service.
Surveillance cameras may be used in public areas (e.g. property entrance) for safety purposes.
11. Right to Refuse or Cancel Booking
We reserve the right to refuse a booking or terminate a stay without refund in cases of misconduct, violation of house rules, or unsafe behavior.
